Swerve System Overview:
1. Swerve Customers access a mobile or web-based application to request vehicle maintenance or repair. The interface allows users to specify service needs, preferred timing, and pickup location.
2. Swerve’s backend system assigns a driver to retrieve the vehicle from the customer’s specified location. Once assigned, the driver receives pickup details, including the customer’s location, service type, and any specific instructions.
3. Swerve uses an intelligent algorithm to match the vehicle with a local repair center based on availability, estimated repair time, and the service center’s capacity. This dynamic matching allows the system to optimize service center workloads, filling gaps during slow hours.
4. Swerve provides customers with real-time updates on vehicle status, estimated service completion times, and location tracking. Both customers and repair centers are notified at each critical stage—pickup, service start, completion, and delivery.
5. Once the service is completed, the platform allows for secure payment processing directly through the app. Customers also have the opportunity to provide feedback, which is used to maintain quality control and enhance the customer experience. A card hold will be placed when the repair engages.
